I got the news on Saturday night that my friend Erin Iudiciani Shannon had died. Lori Coble called to let me know. We don't have a lot of information yet, like as to how she passed. We know she was home alone and her son came home after school and she was dead on the couch. The idea of not being able to talk to her or write to her on myspace as I did so often is unimaginable to me right now. It hasn't really processed yet I don't think. We are waiting to get more information on what actually happened but for now I just know she died on Feb 14 at home. I made a tribute video for her and here it is:

Hi Kelsey, My name is Becky and I used to live in Yuma, AZ and I was good friends with Erin. Our kids are about the same age and we lived close on the base I am just finding out about her death and I'm soooo sad about it. Can you please give me some details on it? I've been trying to find her for a few years now. Any help you could give me would mean alot.

Hi Becky... I only found out why Erin died a while ago. She had a heart defect --- something like her heart was pumping backwards, she was weak apparently and laid down after the boys went to school and she died in her sleep.
